Lisa grew up as a typical California girl. As a young adult she have her life to the Lord and quickly grew in her commitment to be a godly woman. She helped build the women's ministry of Saddleback Valley Community Church in Southern California and served as its director for over two years before moving to Northern California in 1989. Today, Lisa and her husband Dan, live in Grass Valley, California. Their daughters Kelly and Angela are married and reside in San Diego. Their son Luke is currently living in Huntington Beach, CA.

Lisa is the founder and director of Women in Search of Excellence (W.I.S.E) Women's Fellowship. Though it began as a small women's Bible study in her home church, W.I.S.E. is now an interdenominational Bible study group meeting at various locations in three counties. WISE is committed to educating God's women, demonstrating God's love, and communicating God's message of love and hope to women in each community.

With over 25 years of experience in teaching, leading, and influencing women, she has come to recognize that the greatest gift a woman can giver her family or community is to be a woman of the Word. Lisa will add sparkle, humor, wisdom and know-how to your women's retreat, luncheon, or seminar.
